A woman is fertile for just a few days a cycle. Understanding how to determine your fertile days will dramatically increase your chances of conception. This "fertile window" does not always occur at the same time in every woman's cycle and may even vary from cycle to cycle for some women. Fertility Charting will allow you to have a direct insight into what is going on in your body without using any potentially invasive or costly procedures. BBT Charting is a unique way to understand your fertility pattern and pinpoint your most fertile days and greatly improve your chances of conception.

We recommend that you start charting on the first day of your period (red blood). Starting with your period will give you a complete view of your cycle.

How do I start using my FertilityFriend.com account? Go to Top
When you registered with us we sent you an email with a user name and a password (if you lost this email, just go to our Lost Password page to get it sent to you again). Just enter this information on our front page (http://www.FertilityFriend.com). You will then be guided through the creation of your account. In particular you will be asked for the date of the first day of your period.
